The Rehab Group provides high quality education, training, employment, job creation and social care services to people with disabilities and to people experiencing other forms of social and economic exclusion.

National College of Ireland 's state-of-the-art campus is located in the heart of Dublin's thriving financial services district - the International Financial Services Centre.

Through its two schools, the School of Business and Humanities and the School of Informatics, the College offers a wide range of full and part-time courses at different levels from foundation through to certificate, diploma, degree and postgraduate level.

Courses are offered in Business Studies, Management, Human Resource Management, Computing and Technology, Accounting, Personnel Management, Employee Relations, eCommerce, eLearning, Business Law, Financial Services, Enterprise Studies, Maritime Management, Cultural and Social Studies.

Who We Are

NCI identifies educational needs and responds to them through innovative and flexible delivery systems, including distance education technologies and online learning facilities. Described by an Taoiseach Mr Bertie Ahern TD, as “a new type of University” National College of Ireland delivers a unique style of education designed to enable people to realise their full potential.

According to Professor Joyce O'Connor, NCI President “In NCI we see ourselves as guides and facilitators, helping learners find the route that is right for them and equipping them with the skills and knowledge to achieve their goals”.

Through it's main campus in the IFSC and a network of 40 off-campus centres throughout Ireland, National College of Ireland enables students of all ages to access educational courses that best suit their requirements.

Academic Mission

Partner's Contribution to Diversity at Work

As partner in DiManT, National College of Ireland offers its knowledge and experience on Diversity and Diversity Management, its network of HRM Professionals who are experts in this field and a wide market of potential students and participants for courses both on site and on line.

This network consists of HR Directors, HRD Specialists, HRM Professionals, consultants and trainers as well as general managers in organisations working with diversity management. Within DiManT, National College of Ireland will provide an overview of already existing Irish, European, Canadian and Austrailian diversity material and the needs of Irish stakeholders.

We will be a partner in developing new training material and the dissemination and piloting of this material.
