Work Research Centre (WRC)

The Work Research Centre is a well-established, dynamic company specialising in research and consultancy on key aspects of organisational change and technological developments. Since setting up in 1988, our team of experienced specialists has established a strong national and international track record in state of the art assignments for a wide range of clients.

We aim to provide high quality support and solutions to our clients, and to continuously add to our repertoire of skills and the practical expertise that comes from experience. We do this by combining the latest state of the art developments with the best of traditional practices and wisdom.

WRC undertakes a range of research, development, consultancy and training activities relating to organisational change and technological developments. Some of the areas that are especially topical at the moment include:

  • Health in the workplace
  • Human resource management
  • Social aspects of technology
  • Technology assessment

Partner's Contribution to Diversity at Work

WRC's skills in relation to Diversity at Work include extensive knowledge on workplace disability issues, workplace diversity, EU and national social legislation. In addition, WRC has extensive experience of setting up, implementing and evaluating field trials of workplace initiatives. WRC also has wide experience of managing large EU and national projects and has extensive networks of consultants and organisations. Within the project, WRC will be responsible for managing the project, the design and testing of the diversity management training course and toolkit and for dissemination.
