“Employer of the Year” Award
Organized by AIESEC Polska

The title of “The Employer of the Year” is granted on the basis of a yearly questionnaire conducted by the International Students Association AIESEC Polska among 3 500 students. The questionnaire probes their preferences on choosing companies they want to work for and their opinions regarding the employment market in Poland. The survey is supervised by Honour Council of Experts consisting of specialists in statistics, sociology, economics and marketing.

“Pracodawca Marzeń” Award
Organized by Ogólnopolski Ranking Pracodawców Kompas, Studenckie Koło Konsultingu Szkoły Głównej Handlowej

The survey is conducted among over 4 500 students chosen at random. The students come from economic schools from all over Poland. They could choose 3 best firms among 81 possible companies.
