Diversity Management Tools for the Workplace - DiManT. A Leonardo da Vinci funded project (2003 -IRL/03/B/F/PP-153103)

The concept of managing diversity is relatively recent and has not yet been integrated into the education and training of Human Resource Managers or Worker Representatives. A key strategy in promoting a diverse workforce is to continue educating and training those in a position to influence the recruitment and retention policies of employers.
