Welcome to the DiManT (Diversity Management Tools) toolkit.

This part of the website provides you with the tools you need to design and implement diversity management policies at your workplace. It provides you with:

• The background information you need to design the content of a diversity management policy
• Tools to raise awareness of the issues of diversity management
• Marketing tools to enable you to gain the support of people in your workplace for diversity management
• Tools to support you in the process of designing and implementing diversity management in your workplace

Within each of these sections of the toolkit you will find a number of tools which you can use. You have the choice of which tools you may need and how you might use them. However, we do offer guidance on the kind of process you will need to implement if you want to effectively implement diversity management.
